Proofs are emailed for approval in 1-2 business days from ordering.  Your order will ship in approximately 4-7 business days when art is approved.  Place your order and a proof will be sent before production.  Proofs are not sent prior to placing your order. 
Art: Upload a high resolution art file; the best format is a vector ai or eps file, upload this format if you have it.   If not, upload a high resolution, large clean art file in jpeg, svg, png or pdf.
