Proofs will be emailed for approval in 1-3 business days from ordering.
Your order will ship in approximately 4-7 business days when art is approved.

Artwork: Upload your court logo in a high-resolution art file; vector ai or eps format preferred., then next best is jpeg, png, svg or pdf format.
If your art is low resolution, bad quality we will request you send a better file or choose from stock logos/mascots). (photos of your shirt are not acceptable, really people do this:)

If you have special request, leave comments at checkout or email art@kbacoach.com (for example, if you want to send a photo of your court for a visual reference, send as soon as you place your order and we will mimic your court.  (please don’t send a photo after your first proof has been sent, this will delay your order 2-3 days). If you court is extremely detailed, you must provide all art files in vector ai or eps format.  

Place your custom clipboard order prior to requesting a proof.  We will not send you a proof prior to receiving your order and we do not send proofs for quotes.
Quotes are for schools that need pricing for purchase orders, if you are paying credit card please do not request a quote prior to ordering, add to cart and place the order.
If you have any questions regarding art.. we will be happy to answer them, however we will not send a proof until your order is placed.
